Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-143 is a tiny surface-mount package with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand soldering impractical and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board converts these compact supervisory circuits, MOSFETs, and transistor arrays to through-hole pins, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment or fine soldering skills.
