Hand-soldering 0.65mm pitch SMD requires precision tools and steady hands; this breakout board lets you prototype with this 16-pin logic IC using standard headers and breadboards. Ideal for I2C I/O expanders, logic gates, and RS485 drivers where the tiny lead spacing makes direct soldering impractical for development work.
