Design a Custom BoardCMOS low-dropout linear regulator delivering 250 mA output current with ultra-low 2.0 µA quiescent current. Accepts 2.7V to 16.0V input and features 625 mV typical dropout at 250 mA. Ideal for battery-powered and portable applications requiring minimal power consumption and stable output with minimal external capacitance.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
