Universal voltage monitor IC with two independent comparator channels for positive and negative voltage detection. Features programmable inverting/noninverting mode selection, built-in 2.54V reference, and open-collector outputs capable of sinking >10mA. Supports over/under/window voltage detection with hysteresis, operating from 2.0V supply for positive sensing or 4.0V for negative sensing. Ideal for power supply supervision and voltage monitoring in automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
