IC REG LIN ADJ 1.25-12V 1A SOT-223

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardThe AZ1117 is a low-dropout linear voltage regulator with 1.15V dropout at 1A output current. This adjustable version allows output voltage programming from 1.25V to 12V using two external resistors. Features include trimmed bandgap reference, current limiting, thermal shutdown protection, and ±1% output accuracy, making it suitable for PC motherboards, LCD monitors, telecom equipment, and various consumer electronics.
SOT-223 three-pin regulators and transistors are difficult to hand-solder due to tight 1.5mm pitch and heat-sinking requirements. A breakout board brings standard 0.1" header spacing, eliminating soldering challenges and enabling immediate breadboard prototyping without rework or micro-soldering tools.
