Supports voltage translation between 1.2V to 5.5V supplies on independent channels A and B, with direction control via DIR pin. Achieves up to 420 Mbps data rate and includes IOFF circuitry for power-down protection and latch-up immunity exceeding 100mA.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-363 packages are tiny surface-mount devices with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand-soldering risky and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board breaks out the 6 pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable prototyping of MOSFETs, transistors, and level shifters without microscopy or specialized equipment.
